I am a big supporter of adoption. I will vote for any bill, that will limit abortion, I will take small wins, if that is what we can get. I also, have carried the bill to clarify that Dr assisted suicide is not legal in Montana, because it isn't. However, the Baxter Case at the MT Supreme Court has clouded the issue, saying that consent, can be raised as a defense in a murder trial.
