The over regulation of our Natural Resources is part of the reason our taxes are so high, we are the Treasure State and we need to be allowed to produce these essential minerals in a safe and responsible way for generations to come without over regulation from the Montana Environmental Policy Act and out of state funded Environmental Groups! We need to put these monies into education, infrastructure and health care facilities to reduce the tax burden on all Montanan's!
