They claim to be concerned about the land and water. They make calls to DEQ and file complaints. Their claims can be ridiculous and fraudulent, yet the office of the DEQ must follow up with the land owner, causing stress and community division. These individuals should be required to file an official complaint and sign it and the information should be made public.

The government created dissension and in extreme cases, violence. They plotted coworkers and friends against each other. Sometimes even family members.
